We will take away your uncertainty and leave you with a smile. This is what you can expect:

On the day before admission

Our receptionists will agree an individual time for admission with you by telephone to avoid any long waits.

On the day of admission

At the reception desk you will be admitted as a patient to our clinic. We take care of all the admission formalities here. You are given your room number and helpful information about your stay with us.

Our pleasant nurses will show you your ward and room. They will explain the daily routine to you and will help you with all open questions.

On the day of discharge

Your doctor will determine the exact date of your discharge.

We would ask you to be ready to leave by 9 a.m. on the day of your discharge so that new patients may move into your room as quickly as possible.

You are welcome to bridge any unexpected delays in collection in our communal areas with a cup of coffee.

Our tip: as panel patient please remember the co-payment of € 10 per day for a maximum of 28 days per year. Payments may be made in cash or by EC card.
