Checklist
- Documents from the referring doctor (admission certificate)
- Preoperative findings (ECG, chest X-rays, lab from the internist or family doctor)
- MRSA-proof, if available
- Health insurance card from your statutory health insurance and/or the clinic card or the complete address of your insurance and the insurance number
- Proof of supplementary insurance
- Cash, only as much as necessary (please remember, cash or EC-card for the additional payment of 10 Euro per day)
- Please do not bring any valuables, especially jewellery
