The satisfaction of our patients is our primary goal.

Our philosophy is simple: All people entering and leaving the clinic are treated as a GUEST. At the heart of all the procedures and processes at the clinic is the satisfaction of our patients. This guiding principle is the “red thread” on which our quality management is based. Not only do we want to deliver high-quality performance, but we also want to make this quality measurable in order to keep it and to continually improve it.

In order to meet this demand, we have passed a strict procedure together with five selected practices and have successfully passed the endoCert certification to the endoprosthetic centre (EPZ). The knee and hip joint replacement is not only one of the most frequent operations in Germany, it is also one of the most rewarding and successful ones ever. Endoprosthetics has developed into a standardised procedure. For this reason, the highest standards of competence, quality, and safety are not the only requirements.

In the course of an audit, experts will examine the entire procedure during the implantation and the revision / revision of knee and hip prostheses – from the detailed prosthesis planning before the operation, to the smooth operation handling through patient-related interdisciplinary discussions up to the meticulous documentation of the individual therapy. The five cooperative clinics were also examined for their quality. From these five clinics, together with the Clinic of Dr. Decker, there are the following medical practitioners at the endoprosthetics centre:

Make quality visible

Since 2005, hospitals have been required by law to produce regularly structured quality reports and to make their content available for publication. The reports provide information to patients and insured persons, as well as to doctors who have been instructed and who are to be followed up with after the hospital treatment.

Update quality management permanently

For the second time, our hip and knee patients (this time from 2013 – 2015) have already been questioned about their satisfaction, and we have achieved a representative result (with a relapse rate of 65%). If necessary, 98% of our patients would again undergo treatment in our clinic. A very pleasing balance, which clearly reflects the philosophy and values ​​of our company.

At the same time, we also take the opportunity to improve on these issues and make such surveys an integral part of our quality management.
